Louay Homsi is the Founder and CEO of Voyage Consulting, an accounting, tax, and advisory firm based in Ashburn, Virginia, serving individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, and beyond.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Louay brings extensive expertise in accounting, taxation, and strategic advisory. His professional background spans both domestic and international financial markets, providing him with a broad perspective on business operations, regulatory compliance, financial strategy, and cross-border transactions.

Louay is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally authorized tax practitioner with unlimited representation rights before the Internal Revenue Service. This credential authorizes him to represent taxpayers nationwide in federal tax matters, including IRS examinations and audits, tax disputes, collections, appeals, and tax resolution proceedings.
